  • Internship Program

(Minimum English level required: Advanced II - level 8)

Hansa’s unpaid Internship program is designed to help you master English in the workplace and further your career goals. With more than 300 openings in Vancouver and Toronto, these positions are available in nearly every field including marketing, law, international trade, finance, and business administration. Host companies include: Sony Canada (Marketing), Mitsubishi (Accounting), Cathay Pacific (Accounting), Electronic Arts (Quality Control), Citizen’s Bank (Finance), and the Pan Pacific Hotel (Hospitality).

 

Six months - Three months ESL (300 hours of class) + Three months Internship $2950

Twelve months - Six months ESL (600 hours of class) + Six months Internship $4900

  • Work Study Program

(Minimum English level required: Advanced I - level 7)

Hansa's program of paid Work & Study gives you the opportunity to take extended stays in Canada while improving your English skills. The most desired destinations are Toronto, Whistler, the Rockies, Vancouver, the Okanogan Valley, and Niagara Falls. The positions available are in the services sector. They are designed to give you the opportunity to understand different aspects of Canadian Culture and earn enough money to make sure you have fun doing it.

Twelve months - Six months ESL (600 hours of class) + Six months Working Holiday Job $4900

  • Includes: Registration fees, Intensive English course, additional workshops on resume building and interview coaching, guaranteed work placement, and certificate upon successful completion.



  • Volunteer Work

(Minimum English level suggested: Intermediate III - level 6)

Unpaid volunteer work is a great way to practise your English, gain work experience, get to know Canadians, and make new friends. Hansa highly encourages its students to participate in such programs and assists them in resume building. In addition to Hansa's many social activities, volunteering is another great way to improve one's communication skills.
